the staff were helpful and friendly. the room was excellent. the hotel was indeed clean. the tv had main english channels, a bonus. special thanks go to evie, our cleaner, and the head waiter. i appreciated that a lot. i have no complaints at all
the hotel is close to the airport, so there were planes flying over. but i got used to that quickly.

The junior suite included two large rooms with separate ac units. there was a bedroom and lounge, each equipped with its own tv. Plus there were tea making facilities and a well appointed bathroom.

The hotel boasts three pools, one is a paddle pool ideal for kids. extensive outdoor facilities are available for younger guests. there are also games for youngsters. These include a pool table and ping-pong.

The staff members gave warm welcomes. They are always ready to help. hard working entertainment team members deserve recognition. i observed they ran unpushy but enthusiastic activities around the pool.

the hotel is only ten minutes from the airport by bus. the 415 bus stops right outside the hotel. it is just a short walk to bars and restaurants offering a nice holiday atmosphere.

the pool area seemed acceptable with its collection of sunbeds.
The room's state wasn't great, i saw it as dated and tired. the air conditioning wasn't working right. there was also noise from other rooms. Soundproofing seemed to be a issue.

The room was a fantastic size and very clean. The reception staff proved helpful when I arrived before check-in time. I found all the staff to be very friendly. The food offered a wide variety and was well-stocked
The gym included a single treadmill, and access to the spa facilities cost extra, which I found inconvenient.

the room was spacious and comfortable. i had a junior suite pool or sea view. the bus stop outside provided easy access to the airport. the staff was helpful . i found the pool area to be quite nice. it offered a pleasant environment for relaxation. the personnel were also friendly, which improved the overall experience. the lobby seemed luxurious. it was clean too.
the rooms feel somewhat outdated. the furniture needs updates. i also noticed that some improvements could be made in this area. the gym needs an upgrade, it felt very old. also, some aspects of the hotel could benefit from a refresh.

The salad bar offered a great selection. There were many options. it always had something suitable for children. variety of meats was somewhat limited. There was a lot of pork.

the bedroom was separate from the small kitchen and living area. bus transportation was accessible right outside the hotel. the hotel lobby allowed for car rentals at a cheaper rate than the agency next door.
One side of the pool is heated. it's only slightly warmer.
